At Renwick Psychology, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the policy below.

For most items purchased online, you have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to notify me that you wish to cancel your purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items should be returned in their original condition and packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Please take care when unpacking your posters, prints and framed artwork. If you change your mind, eligible items can be returned within the cancellation period, provided they are handled appropriately and returned securely.

Please contact me before sending any artwork back so I can provide the necessary instructions.

Books and card products may be returned under the same cancellation policy, provided they meet the applicable return requirements. Please ensure books are in good condition and card packs remain complete, with packaging intact where possible.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible, including your order details and photographs where appropriate.

I will work with you to resolve the issue through a refund, replacement or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs, provided this was made clear before purchase. Please use suitable protective packaging, particularly for framed artwork.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact me before returning it so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

Once an eligible return has been received, refunds will be processed within the legally required timeframe and issued using the original payment method where possible. For eligible cancellations, refunds include the cost of standard delivery; additional charges for premium delivery are not normally refundable.
